Joe Goldberg is the co-founder and CEO of Horizon Engage, a strategic advisory firm he established in 2003 with Alexander Zaslavsky. He leads the development of the firm’s research products and oversees Horizon Engage’s client relationships, including Fortune 500 companies across the United States, Europe, and Japan.

Based in New York, Joe directs the firm’s business development team and works closely with analysts around the world to deliver actionable, industry-specific intelligence on policy, regulatory, and political environments in target markets worldwide.

Prior to founding Horizon Engage, Joe served as head of business development at Eurasia Group in New York and worked as an analyst for Ernst & Young in Moscow. He received a Master’s degree in Finance from New York University.
